At Delphinium Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Beauty Salon. LATE ARRIVALS

Inform Us in Advance

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

Cancellation Policy

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you. You must cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a late cancel fee. If you cancel 48-24 hours before you are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of your missed service. No shows and late cancels after 24 hours are subject to 100% of your missed service.

Cancellations will not be taken after close of business day and can not be made through your stylist. All cancels must go through the salon. If you have a history of two or more last minute cancellations, you will be asked to place a $50 deposit for future appointments. If you are running late, please call the salon. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and you are subject up to 100% of your missed service fee. For appointments 30 minutes or less only a 10 minute grace period will be allowed. Later than 15 minutes will result in a no show. By scheduling your appointment, you consent to our policy.

Our cancellation policy is to ensure all other clients are able to be serviced at their scheduled service time. Please keep in mind that our stylists are not able to rebook your missed service last minute. Please respect the time of our stylists as well as our clients.

Not confirming your appointment will not cancel your appointment.

We strive to meet all guest's expectations and elevate their experience to the best of our ability. We are here to help if you have any concerns about your appointment. Refunds will not be given for any services rendered. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, let us know within 5 days. We will gladly schedule you time to come back in to discuss your concerns. Any correction must be within 10 days of the original service.
